I have to be honest. I was facing two felony aggravated assault charges and a firearm charge. Drunk in a blackout and no recollection of the road rage event. Not much for any attorney to go on to save my Butt. My Wife found the add for Mayberry law firm and we called. Jason spent well over an hour on the phone with us explaining Florida law and what I was facing. He didn’t push a retainer and as a matter of fact said there wasn’t a warrant out so I didnt need to retain him or anyone else yet . The next day there was a warrant and Jason walked my wife and I Thru the process and tried to make it as best we could. I was facing an uphill battle that’s scored an automatic 17.5 months in jail. Jason got me bonded out very quickly and cheaply and put together an amazing case. I was guilty but he did the best job, negotiated behind the scenes for the best outcome and kept me out of jail. As a matter of fact it was adjudication withheld which is amazing. I served house arrest , released after just 5 of the 12 months. Then probation, released after 2 of the 4 years. This all wouldn’t be possible with out Jason’s hard work and dedication to my case. I didn’t know it at the time but I didn’t hire Jason Mayberry for my one court date, I got him for the duration. HE STICKS WITH YOU UNTIL THE VERY END. I would not have gotten my life back with out Jason Mayberry and the hard work of him and his firm. He became a friend and I think that’s rare in the world of cut throat lawyers and all the negative you hear these days. My wife and I highly recommend the Mayberry law firm and we will only use him in the future if we need an attorney.

My husband I went to Tampa for the NFL game. We went to Ybor City and had a few drinks and got into an argument while going back to our hotel. After a long night of drinking and arguing, the police came out of nowhere and stated that my husband hit me. AT best, he was gesturing with his hands. It was the most awful, horrible, and most horrific experience of my life. They cuffed my husband and put him in the back of the police car. They wrote down the address of the Orient Road Jail, handed it to me, and I was beyond horrified. It was the worst night of my entire life. The next morning (Sunday), I called various attorneys and researched for four hours straight. After speaking with roughly 20 attorneys and reading various reviews, I knew that Attorney Mayberry was the best. He was thorough, knowledgeable, humble, kind, and never made me feel bad about the situation. He took my phone calls while at home with his family on a Sunday, and handled everything proactively. Met me at the courthouse at 8:00 AM on Monday morning, my husband was released on his own recognizance, and was released by 2:30. Less than one week later, we received the information that the case was dismissed - no charges!! I (we) owe Attorney Mayberry our lives. We are in debt, thankful, appreciative, and grateful for him. I was in the Tampa area on a family vacation earlier this year, when I suddenly found myself facing a felony charge of child neglect. My world and life, it seemed, were headed for total disaster. I was facing having my very long, successful and spotless military career coming to a horrible end. I began desperately searching online for someone who could not only successfully defend me, but that I could also trust. An attorney that I could not only trust to handle my case, but that would also interact with me like a real person, and not just try to take to me the cleaners with legal fees. After speaking with about twenty local attorneys, I gave Jason a call. I liked what I read in the reviews about how he was like having both a good friend and a lawyer in your corner. And the fact that Jason loves to WIN!!! So I wouldn't have to worry about some easy plea deal, or accepting anything less than victory in the name of easiness. After speaking with Jason on the phone, I stopped the search. There was just something about this friendly, No BS professional that told me this is the one. During my consultation, it was like talking to a long time buddy. I was totally at ease with his friendly demeanor, and very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. During the consultation, Jason took his time and laid out a set of very well planned courses of action. Then he explained what the possible outcomes could be. I left Tampa and headed back north to Ohio to await any updates. Jason went to work setting up and organizing everything in great detail. I provided him with documentation he requested from me for my case to construct a very strong mitigation package to submit to the state. The process took a few months to come to fruition. In the meantime, I was dreading the possibility of a plea deal, a reduction of charges, diversion, or worst of all, a felony trial or conviction. Well, last week, Jason called me with the best news ever. Not only was the charge dropped, it was not even filed, CASE CLOSED!!!!! I couldn't believe it. NIGHTMARE OVER!!! And Jason is now my new hero! What a friend, what a guy, what an Attorney!!!

Having never been arrested before I was completely terrified and ignorant to the judicial process. Jason provided emotional support and the knowledge and experience I needed. My wife was facing false accusations that she misrepresented her Income on mortgage applications and was facing serious time as this was a federal crime. Jason worked diligently with her and myself daily on all the details of the sentencing potentials whether positive or negative to our benefit and was completly forthright with us. While he understood our personal situation and anxiety he kept focused on his job to keep my wife out of jail or worse. He did his homework and research and talked with the prosecutors on the best solution for all parties involved and was fair and professional. He is articulate, knowledgeable, and experienced when dealing with the federal goverment and their laws snd criteria that is set as a standard. This was a felony in federal court and Jason helped us reach the best outcome of all. We are indebted to him for her freedom. We have been graced by God, Jason and the prosecutors and look forward to adopting our children, continuing our mission to help others, and counting our blessing daily.. I would send him a Thank you letter daily but I do not want to be a Stalker...lol . Hire Jason to go the distance for you... It was the best thing we did. We had a previous Attorney prior to Jason that called us out of nowhere one day stating we needed to plea and come up with lots of money.. Jason said "Hold Up" come see me first and if you still want to go forth with hime then that is your choice. We took a drive two hours to see Jason and we knew right then that he would be our new Attorney.. We learned more in that appointment then we had in the past two years working with our previous Attorney. The one hour free consultation ended four hours later with hope! He was not telling us he could make this dissapear but he was telling us that he would do his very best to help us get a fair sentence. I was skeptical but God lead me to Jason and I had to trust in both of them. My family will be forever grateful to this man of miracles. He will not take the credit as he is humble but trust me he Deserves alot of the credit! Thank you again Jason.
