How Much Will it Cost for Representation and Will I Have to Go to Court?
Our legal fees vary by the complexity of a case. That said, we will always quote a reasonable fee that we believe is accurate considering the amount of time we put into your defense, our availability, and the personal touch we give to each client we represent. We will always have our clients execute a “Waiver of Appearance and Authority to Represent” so that we can attend most or all court dates for our clients should they not want to attend. Not all Judges will allow for a waiver of a client’s presence, however we will do all we can to make this process as convenient as possible for our clients.
